Reports to: Lead - Workplace Campaigns

Job Overview: 
The role will be responsible for planning innovative project design and implementing the workplace campaigns including employee giving and volunteering initiatives successfully to grow corporate partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for a passionate and outcome-oriented colleague who can lead the pillar through collaboration and creativity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with varied stakeholders including Corporate, NGO and Government partners for Workplace campaign initiatives.
  • Manage the team on all assignments and provide the necessary guidance and mentorship as may be required to accomplish the project objectives.
  • Facilitate orientation meetings, network meetings, and other events as per the program objectives
  • Drive the overall program in alignment with program goals and track progress on regular basis.
  • Prepare project reports (financial and narrative)
  • Create annual strategy calendars by staying abreast of giving and volunteering trends in the social sector and best practices.
Profile Requisites:
  • Bachelors or masters degree in development studies or business management preferred with a 5 years of experience in engagement roles or similar fields with people centric focus.
  • Demonstrable experience in people management skills, solution seeker with good networking ability
  • Excellent planning and project management skills with an ability to convene events with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage diverse stakeholders (internally and externally) in a complex environment.
  • Have growth mindset and ability to spot opportunity for volunteering and can work with stakeholders to develop programs
  • Self-starter and can lead project implementation independently
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Familiarity with MS office
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi
  • Location: Mumbai, Willingness to travel extensively on the field

Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit. The Salary range is INR 6 to 9.5 LPA
