Reports to: Lead - Workplace Campaigns
Job Overview:
The role will be responsible for planning innovative project design and implementing the workplace campaigns including employee giving and volunteering initiatives successfully to grow corporate partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for a passionate and outcome-oriented colleague who can lead the pillar through collaboration and creativity.
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with varied stakeholders including Corporate, NGO and Government partners for Workplace campaign initiatives.

Manage the team on all assignments and provide the necessary guidance and mentorship as may be required to accomplish the project objectives.

Facilitate orientation meetings, network meetings, and other events as per the program objectives

Drive the overall program in alignment with program goals and track progress on regular basis.

Prepare project reports (financial and narrative)

Create annual strategy calendars by staying abreast of giving and volunteering trends in the social sector and best practices.
Profile
Requisites:
-
Bachelors or masters degree in development studies or business management preferred with a 5 years of experience in engagement roles or similar fields with people centric focus.

Demonstrable experience in people management skills, solution seeker with good networking ability

Excellent planning and project management skills with an ability to convene events with a broad range of stakeholders

Ability to build strong relationships and manage diverse stakeholders (internally and externally) in a complex environment.

Have growth mindset and ability to spot opportunity for volunteering and can work with stakeholders to develop programs

Self-starter and can lead project implementation independently

Excellent communication skills - written and oral

Familiarity with MS office

Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi

Location: Mumbai, Willingness to travel extensively on the field
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit. The Salary range is INR 6 to 9.5 LPA
