Change Runners raising over 1 crore in a particular edition of  Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) are known as TMM Change Legends. They are celebrated for their extraordinary commitment with a legendary status that transcends editions of the TMM. The title of ‘TMM Change Legend' is a life-long title and the legacy of the person that would hold a special position on the wall of change at the Event Expo and Procam Marquee. The TMM Change Legend would always remain a part of the Tata Mumbai Marathon and would be invited to all related events.

Sadashiv Rao

Raised funds for Isha Education
Sadashiv S. Rao is a seasoned professional with 38 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, and advisory services. He served as the founding CEO of NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited (NIIF IFL) and currently sits on the Board of Yes Bank as an independent director. For the past 12 editions of TMM, Sadashiv has been participating in the half marathon and raising funds for Isha Education. Over the years, he has raised more than INR 5.9 crores for the organization. He has also helped construct classrooms in 5 Isha schools in his parents' name. This year, he raised INR 1.12 crore, earning him the title of the 2nd highest fundraiser of the edition and a Change Legend. In addition to this, he also raised INR 1.01 crore during the Special Covid Fundraiser, making him the highest fundraiser over the years.

Raised funds for Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care
Shyam Jasani is an entrepreneur based in Mumbai and the Director of Jasani Group, a prominent global organization in the gems and jewellery industry. Following in the footsteps of his father, Mr Abhay Jasani, a previous TMM Change Legend, Shyam made his debut fundraising appearance at TMM 2023 and raised an impressive INR 1 crore, earning him recognition as a Change Legend. His chosen charity was the Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital and Research Centre, a multi-speciality hospital that provides high-quality healthcare to rural communities in South Gujarat.
Manisha Khemlani

Raised funds for Central Chinmaya Mission Trust
Manisha Khemlani is a Trustee of Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth and has been CEO of the Central Chinmaya Mission Trust (CCMT) since 2016. A qualified physiotherapist specializing in neuro physiotherapy, she joined the Chinmaya Mission in 1984 and began working full-time in 2000 at the Chinmaya Organisation for Rural Development (CORD). She is a dedicated advocate of education and women's empowerment. At TMM 2023, she made her first appearance and raised INR 1.03, becoming the 3rd highest fundraiser of the event and earning recognition as a Change Legend.
Gagan and Navya Banga

Raised funds for OSCAR foundation
Gagan Banga is a distinguished business leader and social activist renowned for his successful tenure as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd (IBHFL) since 2014. Before this, he was the CEO of Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd, and after the reverse merger, he continued in the same capacity for IBHFL. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gagan is a philanthropist and has been involved with the OSCAR Foundation for many years, working towards the betterment of underprivileged children. Gagan and his daughter Navya Banga, a student at the American School of Bombay, have raised funds and supported the foundation. Their TMM 2023 campaign was a huge success, raising INR 1.13 crore and making them the highest fundraiser of the edition. The duo's unwavering dedication to social responsibility and commitment to positively impacting society is commendable.

Raised funds for Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care
As the Trustee of Shrimad Rajchandra Educational Trust and Coordinator of Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care, Dhaval Mehta shaped over 75 high-impact projects which touched over 53.50 lakh lives. Over 17 years, he offered 75,000 hours of selfless service to Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur & Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care. This campaign was a tribute to the memory of Mehta, who passed away in a road accident on December 3rd, 2019 on his way to completing an educational service project. Raising over a staggering INR 2.43 crore, he became the highest individual fundraiser at the Mumbai Marathon since its inception in year 2004.

V. S. Parthasarathy's role as Group CFO & CIO of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited is rife with opportunities for contributing to Mahindra's aspiration of being amongst the Top 50 most admired brands in the world. He straddles diverse responsibilities, including Directorships of various companies with equal dedication and tirelessly reimagines his leadership roles at the CFO Board, BCCI, FICCI, AFPI, etc. Mr. Parthasarathy has been raising funds for the past 4 years and has raised over 4.48 crore for K.C. Mahindra Education Trust - Project Nanhi Kali. Through his participation and fundraising in the TMM, he aims to provide quality education to underprivileged girls in India. In 2019, he raised close to INR 1.39 crore, shattering all previous records and becoming the highest fundraising individual in the history of the Mumbai Marathon. At TMM 2020, he surpassed his own record and raised over INR 2.25 crore.

Villy Doctor is an educationalist and philanthropist, who has dedicated her life for the upliftment of the disadvantaged through the Light of Life Trust (LOLT), of which she is the Founder and Managing Trustee. LOLT was set up with a vision to alleviate poverty by developing rural, underprivileged communities through a holistic approach to education, empowerment and employability. In 2019, Ms. Doctor raised INR 1.22 crore in support of LOLT. The following year, she raised INR over INR 1.04 crore.
K.V. S. Manian

K V S Manian has been with the Kotak Mahindra Group for 25 years and has been instrumental in setting up and metamorphosing its many business divisions into success stories. He has been the President, Consumer Banking and is currently President, Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking. He also oversees the Institutional Equalities business and is part of the Bank's Executive Board, overseeing the firm's growth charter. He has been raising funds for the past 7 years and in 2019, he raised INR 1.35 crore, breaking all his previous personal records of fundraising. In 2020, he raised an equally admirable INR 1.13 crore.

Raised funds for Amar Seva Sangam
Sankara Raman is a Chartered Accountant and philanthropist. He has been participating in the Champions with Disability run for the past 13 years and has cumulatively raised over 7.69 crore for Amar Seva Sangam.  Affected by Muscular Dystrophy, himself; he aims to make Amar Seva Sangam a forerunner in disability management. He introduced many bold and innovative programmes, benefitting over 16,000 differently-abled individuals from over 900 villages in the 3 districts of Tirunelveli, Tuticorin and Virudhunagar. In both, 2018 & 2019 he achieved the Change Legend status by raising INR 1.32 & 1.01 crore respectively.

Sanjeev Shah handles M&A and Corporate Strategy at the Times of India Group and has spent 10+ years at TOI. Before this, he was with the Kotak Mahindra Group for 16 years. As someone who opposes social disparities, Mr. Shah has responded selectively to friendly calls for support. His son, Dhruv had inspired him to create permanent change by prioritizing philanthropic initiatives in favour of tribal welfare. He believes that tribal children have simple expectations: a set of books, writing materials and a school to go to. He also feels that animals are neglected in these communities. In 2019, he raised INR 1 crore in support of Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care.
 
Abhay Jasani

Abhay Jasani, 73, is a graduate from IIT and the Chairman of Jasani Group, one of the leading exporters of diamonds and diamond jewellery. A dynamic personality, yet humble in his demeanour, he is the president of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur. He has been a regular high fundraiser at the Mumbai Marathon, raising over INR 2.6 crore over the last 8 years. In 2019, he raised INR 1 crore in support of Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care.
Mihir Doshi

Raised funds for United Way Mumbai, Jai Vakeel Foundation & Research Centre, Save the Children India
Mihir Doshi has been instrumental in establishing Credit Suisse's India franchise and has been deeply involved in strengthening the overall business profile of the bank in India and in providing its strategic direction. He is also involved in Credit Suisse's human capital and corporate responsibility initiatives and is a member of the Asia Pacific Philanthropy committee. He also serves on the Boards of United Way Mumbai and Teach for India. In addition, he is a Trustee of Save the Children India and a Member on the Janaagraha Governing Board. Mr. Doshi is extremely committed to the cause of child welfare and supports initiatives to ensure that they have the opportunities they need, for a healthy childhood and good education. Between 2008 and 2016, Mr. Doshi raised 1.77 crores for projects impacting children in need. In 2017, at the Mumbai Marathon, he raised a whopping 1.3 crore for 3 NGOs.
