MISSION
The Lighthouse is a sustainable livelihood program for disadvantaged, urban youth (18-35 years). The program fosters agency, workplace competencies, skills, employment, and post-employment support. We are on a mission to impact the lives of one million youth across India and bring about socio-economic transformation in low income communities.
