MISSION
The purpose of i-Saksham is to develop disadvantaged local young women as 'Leaders of Change' (edu-leaders) to promote women's 'Voice and Choice' and their participation in different spheres of social and economic life so that we shift their typical life trajectory away from dropping out of higher education, being forced to early marriages and consequent removal from the labor force.
