Restoration of Livelihoods for the Flood Affected People in Bihar

The victims of the Bihar floods in September 2008 had many people lose their livelihood opportunities. Most of these were small time tea vendors, rickshaw pullers, ran small cycle repair shops and other such small businesses. This project has been designed to provide monetary and resources support to help these victims restart their businesses.
