We have been contributing to the schooling fees of one child Baby Caroline age 7, whose family is struggling with their financial needs. The school fees are Rs. 6500 per month and they need to pay 3 months in advance, so we, FFA pay Rs. 2000 per month totaling to Rs. 24000 per year towards the fees of the child. The childs neurologist has prescribed that she needs intensive one on one intervention and also a structured teaching schedule which is how we hope she will be able to learn and benefit from the schooling. It would be very difficult for the parents to school her if we couldn't pitch in with the sponsorship of the fees every month. The father works as an assistant in a hospital and mother works as administrative staff in a company. The grandparents look after the child in the day time. The father works night shifts so that he is can take the child to school and then go to work. The child is young and can be helped with proper intervention to be able to become independent and improve her communication within our social setup.
