Our aim is to ensure the underprivileged children are brought into the main stream so they can chose their careers based on their potential and interests and not their financial constraints.

Impact:
The paramount importance given to communication skills along with grammatical English enables every MAD student to be efficient not only in writing but also in communicative English. The children, who begin to be a MAD student with rare or no knowledge of English are categorized accordingly in starter's level or intermediate level. The efficiency in their learning is evident from the 2010 meet with First Lady Michelle Obama which had the children communicating with her in fluent English. Placement activities initiated by the MAD group gives the children an exposure to careers beyond their regular knowledge. These activities also help them understanding the opportunities and career paths that are out there for them. One significant moment was the official affiliation with the information technology corporation ATOS Origin, Mumbai. The affiliation was possible due to the positive influence created on ATOS Origin by the MAD children in a letter of appreciation written to the company after a placement activity conducted at ATOS Origin.
