They include Street Children, Slum Addicts, Battered Women HIV-AIDS Clinics, including Care and Support to the AIDS infected. Teen Prostitution – Shelter and a Unique Program for Women’s Empowerment.
About Me
A Catholic Priest since 1967. A senior Yoga instructor of the BKS Iyengar school of Yoga. An addictionologist who has created a unique model of Addiction Recovery called the Kripa Foundation Iyengar Yoga, a holistic program within the self help model of the AA and NA. His teachings have spread to over 120 countries through the WCCM (World Community for Christian Meditation) and to over 40 countries through Addiction Recovery Centers. He heads one of the largest NGO’s in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. He is the recipient of the Padma Shree in 2009 and the life time award in 2014 by the Presidents of India.
