I am raising funds for CMCA. For this, I need your support! Here's what we will do with the money I raise. We will help thousands of children get their basic necessities for a decent quality of life! The Children's Panchayat is a powerful tool in empowering our children to understand their rights and to be able to ask for it, through the democratic process. CMCA has been working with the Govt on this in rural Karnataka for the last 6 years. This year we plan to prepare thousands of children, who will learn about their entitlements and then ask for them in a democratic way. Our experience over the last few years has been phenomenal, with children speaking up for and getting clean drinking water, toilets, new roads, a school building, street lights, etc. These students will be India's active citizens! CMCA's citizenship & life skills education transforms students to be caring, thinking & active citizens for a more inclusive & sustainable society.
