I support CHIP Mumbai (Children in Pain-Mumbai)
Every year, more than 27 million children in India enter school. 80% of them do not finish 12th grade. Our critical challenge is to increase the quality of education and environment in schools so that children stay in school, learn well, develop holistically and attain higher chances of employability.
I was fortunate to receive good education. However not all are as fortunate and therefore I feel it is my duty to ensure that children are given an opportunity to go to school and learn, just like you and I did. With this objective, my friends and I started CHIP an NGO that works with BMC schools to provide holistic education to children by play way method.
Our mission is to promote quality education in government schools, giving all students an opportunity to realize their potential, acquire skills, knowledge and an attitude which will help them become successful citizens and lifelong learners.
