'Teach For India' is a nationwide movement that aims to bridge the educational gap in India by placing the country’s most promising college graduates and young professionals, from all academic majors and careers, in low-income schools to teach full-time for two years and create a large movement of leaders from across sectors to create sustainable educational reform in the country. I have had the opportunity of interacting with some of the school children attached to this NGO. The results as spoken by the students were actually hard to believe. We need to get attached to such NGO's so that the educational inequalities prevailing in our society is addressed at a rapid pace to make sure India Shines. Let me thank you all for your valuable contribution towards the noble cause for the last 2 years. To make this event more eventful and ultimately achieve the end objective of supporting a Noble cause, this year I intend to collect Rs. 50,000/- as contribution on your behalf to be given to 'Teach For India' the NGO that aims to bridge the educational gap in our Indian society. I expect a nominal contribution of Rs. 1000/- from each one of you.
