1. Asst. Program Manager - Impact Assessment and Documentation, Community Impact

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Create report documents for the existing projects
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation formats for of the projects (based on the project deliverables, tangible and non-tangible impact, social impact, etc.)
  • Develop reporting formats for the implementing partners and capture essential information to showcase the impact of the project
  • Conduct field visits to the project sites, as well as monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of the project for internal learning of the organization and the team
  • Research and develop content for the various communications including newsletters, awareness mailers and project proposals
  • Write and circulate impact assessment reports on the various on-going projects to enable learning for the team, improvements in project activities/ strategies (as and when applicable)
  • Measure the impact caused by UWM projects in the space of community health, environment and disaster preparedness to be able to showcase the same to all relevant stakeholders and partners of the organization
  • Help with content for various campaign materials, IEC (Information-Education-Communication) materials

 Required Qualification:

  • Masters degree, along with at least 3 to 4 years of work experience
  • Excellent writing skills (essential) specifically English
  • Should be analytical and detail oriented, with a high level of interest in researching projects under review

2. Executive / Coordinator, Community Impact (2 open positions)

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Community outreach and mobilisation for issues pertaining to health and implementing field related activities
  • Communicate and interact with program stakeholders / partners for implementation of the project
  • Engage and liaise with volunteers including citizens, college youth and community members
  • Coordinate and manage partnerships with public and private agencies for implementation of program activities
  • Plan, organise and carry out campaigns for sensitization of selected community on health issues
  • Create periodic report documents of program deliverables and outcome

 Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have Masters in Social Work/Bachelors in Social Work degree, preferably with minimum one year of work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Efficient in Community Outreach and Mobilisation
  • Must be efficient in communicating in English and Hindi (efficiency in Marathi will be preferred)
  • Candidate must be a team player and should be willing to travel in and around Mumbai for implementing program activities

3. Executive - Corporate Partnerships

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing corporate accounts
  • Carrying out workplace giving campaigns under the supervision of the work place campaigns team leadership
  • Developing annual implementation plans and monitoring, execution through partner NGOs
  • Assisting the handling of scale-up plans for existing accounts
  • Retaining and nurturing existing partners through effective communication, financial transparency, and accountability.
  • Ensuring corporate partners are aware of the impact of their community investments
  • Developing proposals and presentations to existing and potential clients
  • Reconciling and prepare a MIS of the work place giving campaigns and the corporate grants projects
  • Documenting and preparing periodic project reports
  • Alongside the Community Relationships team, conducting the NGO Due Diligence which would include identifying and evaluating community investment projects
  • Developing the necessary collateral for effective communication with the corporate partners during the workplace campaigns
  • Designing and implementing the respective partners’ corporate volunteering activities
