Mr. Sunil Mehta is the Country Head and Chief Executive of American International Group, Inc. India since 2000. He is responsible for all AIG businesses in India covering Insurance, Financial Services and Investments. Mr. Mehta has provided strong leadership in setting up AIG's insurance JVs and responsible for expanding AIG's presence in other areas.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Mehta worked with Citibank for over 18 years where he held various senior positions. His last assignment was Corporate Head in India and Senior Credit Officer.

In addition to his various Board responsibilities in Tata-AIG and AIG Companies in India, Mr. Mehta is Chairman and Founder Trustee of United Way India, Chairman of Action for Ability Development and Inclusion (AADI), Founding Member and on the board of the Asia Society Mumbai and past Chairman of AMCHAM, India.

Mr. Mehta graduated from the University of Delhi with Hons. in Bachelors of Commerce. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Management, University of Pennsylvania.

Sunit heads Hunts' Private Equity practice across Asia, and is a Founder Managing Partner of the firm. Sunit started his search career with Horton International, a high-end executive search firm in the US in 1996 and later moved to India to head Horton's India operations.

Sunit has worked with a large number of corporate boards and is an advisor to several Indian business houses on Corporate Governance. He has co-authored the India Board Report, India's foremost research paper on Corporate Governance, in conjunction with the CII. He was previously the Managing Director of Omni Business Machines Ltd, a telecommunications product manufacturing and distribution company.
Sunit is also a Founder Director of Third Sector Partners, (TSP), a not for profit search firm, which hires senior management talent for the development sector. TSP in turn spawned Katalyst, a program which strives for economic empowerment of underprivileged girls through higher education, thereby enabling them to grow the senior management bandwidth of corporate India.

Sunit is a Founder Trustee of UWM and in the past, Sunit has been the Chairman - United Way of Mumbai, Vice Chairman - American Chamber of Commerce, Mumbai, and Treasurer of the Wharton Alumni Association of India.

Sunit received a business degree in marketing management from the Wharton School, and also a degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mihir J. Doshi is Managing Director and Country CEO of Credit Suisse, India. He joined Credit Suisse in April 2006 and is based in Mumbai. He is a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee, the Asia Pacific Operating Committee and the Emerging Markets Council.

He has been instrumental in re-establishing Credit Suisse's India franchise, which today is active across Private Banking, Investment Banking and Asset Management. He has been deeply involved in strengthening the overall business profile of the Bank in India and in providing its strategic direction. He also oversees the 2 Centers of Excellence in Pune and Powai from a country management perspective and ensuring the delivery of qualitative off-shore services to the various regional offices of Credit Suisse globally. He is actively involved in Credit Suisse's human capital and corporate responsibility initiatives and is a member of the Managing Director Evaluation Committee (MDEC) and the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Committee. Prior to this, he spent 22 years at Morgan Stanley in various capacities primarily in New York, Tokyo and India. His last position was Managing Director and CEO of JM Morgan Stanley Securities Pvt. Ltd. and is credited with building Morgan Stanley's presence in India. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from The New York University and a C. P. A. from The New York State.

Mihir Doshi is one of the Founder Trustees of United Way of Mumbai. He also serves as trustee of the NGO Save the Children India.

Mr. S.K. Mitra is currently on the Board of several reputed companies in diverse industries as an independent Director. He is actively associated with several international NGOs, Committees and Chambers in India.

Mr. Mitra was instrumental in setting up the Merchant Banking Divisions of Bank of India in 1977 and then in 1978 for Standard Chartered Bank in Mumbai. In 1985 joined American Express Bank as the Head of Corporate Banking and Investment Banking in India. In 1990, Mr. Mitra set up the GIC Mutual Fund, sponsored by the Government owned General Insurance Corporation of India. In June 1994, he joined the Aditya Birla Group as Director, Financial Services and was responsible for setting up the highly respected and successful financial services activities for the Group. The Group is one of the early multinational conglomerates from India with worldwide revenues exceeding US $ 30 billion. He has been on the Board of Aditya Birla Management Corporation Ltd, the supervisory Board of the Group.

Mr. Jasu Shah is the Founder Chairman of the entire Jasubhai Group which comprises of
various companies in instrumentation, material handling, power plant equipments, turnkey contracts, engineering exports, media and events management.

He completed his undergraduate education at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and then went on to study Mechanical Engineering in West Germany. Mr. Jasu Shah attended the OPM Progranne at the Harvard Business School.

He is the chairman of Emerson Process Management (India) Pvt. Ltd, ABM Steels Pvt. Ltd. and Ing-Tech Engineering Company.

Mr. Jasu is actively involved in the community. He is a founder trustee of United Way Mumbai. He is also the founder President of ChemTech Foundation, a public Trust and the Industry Association for advancement of Indian industry and Chairman, Board of Patrons, Shanmukhananda Fine Arts & Sangeetha Sabha, one of the foremost cultural centers, which celebrated 50 years recently

He has been recognised by many organizations in India and abroad including Grand Award of Honour for Service to the Austrian Republic in September 1993 and the Austrian Cross of Honour for contribution in Science and Arts in September 2002. His hobbies include reading, traveling, architecture and classical music.

Pradeep Poddar is a Chemical Engineer from UDCT Mumbai and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

A veteran of the consumer goods industry, he groomed himself as a fast track executive in Glaxo foods, Heinz and now Tata. He became the first Managing Director of Heinz for India and South Asia in January 1996 at the age 41. In 2000, he was ranked in the top 5 percentile of North American Executives by Personnel Decisions International, New York.

Pradeep led Heinz successfully for nearly a decade by creating a robust and sustainable business platform. He established the Heinz Nutrition Foundation India and was awarded the prestigious Udyog Ratna award by the Karnataka Government and Wisitex Foundation in 2001 for his distinguished contribution to the food industry.
He is presently with Tata Global Beverages to lead the group's global foray into healthy beverages and foods. He has created a virtual organisation across the world for Innovation and Incubation while representing the Tatas on the Boards of Nourishco, the JV with Pepsico and the Rising Beverage Company (Activate Beverages) in Los Angeles (USA).

Pradeep has played a strategic role on the Board of Monsanto India from January 2006, and is a Trustee and Board Member of United Way of Mumbai.
He has in the past led the American Chamber of Commerce Bombay Chapter, working closely with American Ambassadors in India and the US Consul General Mumbai supporting the strengthening business relationship between the US and India.

Anjali Bansal is managing director of Spencer Stuart's Indian business, which she was instrumental in establishing. Based in Mumbai, she is responsible for the Firm's activities across their offices in New Delhi and Mumbai. She also co-leads the Board Services and CEO practice in the Asia Pacific region. As an active member of the Private Equity, Financial Services, Industrial and Technology, Communications & Media practices, she works in various geographies across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, advising Indian and multinational companies on CEO and senior executive search, governance and succession.

Anjali is a frequent commentator on board governance, CEO succession, entrepreneurship and other executive leadership issues. She is a regular columnist with Mint - The Wall Street Journal and other leading publications such as the Economic Times-Corporate Dossier.

Before entering the executive search field, Anjali was with McKinsey & Company. Based in New York and Mumbai, she consulted on strategy and organizational issues with firms in financial services, private equity, industrial, technology, and media.

She has a strong interest in development and entrepreneurship and chairs the board of FWWB (Friends of Women's World Banking), a leading international microfinance institution. In addition, she is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).

Anjali received a master's degree, with distinction, from Columbia University, in international affairs majoring in international finance and business and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Gujarat University in India.

Homi Khusrokhan is a Commerce Graduate from Bombay University and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a M.Sc. (Econ.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He worked for 29 years with Glaxo & Burroughs Wellcome in India and retired in 2000 as Managing Director of both companies. He then joined the Tata Group as MD of Tata Tea Ltd. on a 3 year assignment and then moved to Tata Chemicals Ltd in 2004. He retired as MD of Tata Chemicals in December 2008. After his retirement from the Tata Group, he now serves on the Boards of several companies in a non-executive or advisory capacity and is presently a Vice President of the Bombay Natural History Society. In February 2009, he was appointed a Special Adviser to the Government-appointed Board of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. to assist with the turn-around of the company and the induction of a new strategic investor.

Devendra Bharma, Executive Vice President, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Mumbai is an alumnus of the Oberoi Center for Learning and Development (the erstwhile Oberoi School of Hotel Management).

Mr Bharma is also a keen sportman having represented the State of Delhi in swimming and yachting. He plays golf and spends qualitative time with his family in his spare time.

Mr. Keshub Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., is a graduate from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, USA. After joining the Company in 1947, he became the Chairman in 1963. Over five decades, his continuous involvement has enabled the Mahindra Group to reach where it is today.

He is a well-known philanthropist who redefined corporate governance by effectively channelising funds into the social sector. Mr. Mahindra is one of the Founder Trustees of United Way Mumbai. He has contributed immensely to the cause of building ethical corporations in India and is currently a part of numerous prestigious organizations and committees. He was also appointed by the Government of India to serve on a number of Committees including the Sachar Commission on Company Law & MRTP; Central Advisory Council of Industries etc. Today, he is an icon, an inspiring business leader and a distinguished corporate citizen that everyone looks up to.

Co-founder and senior partner of AZB & Partners, Zia Mody is one of India's foremost corporate attorneys. A member of the New York State Bar, Zia gained work experience in New York before returning to India to set up her own practice. Zia is a non-executive director of the HSBC, Hong Kong, a member and Vice President of the London Court of Arbitration (LCIA) and a member on several CII committees including among others committees on corporate governance and capital markets. She is also a Trustee of the Baha'i School, New Era High School, in Panchgani.

Acclaimed in India and globally for her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, securities laws and litigation and dispute resolution, Zia has advised on some of the largest deals involving investments into and by Indian companies. Zia has been voted as "Business Woman of the Year, 2010" by the Economic Times, for which she was recently felicitated by The Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) as the Law Leader 2010. She has also been voted one of the country's most powerful CEOs by the Economic times in the year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, one of the 15 most powerful Indian women leaders by the Economic Times in 2010 and one of the 25 most powerful women in business by Business Today in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010. Among her numerous other awards, Zia has recently been selected as being among the world's pre-eminent commercial arbitration specialists by 'The International Who's Who of Commercial Arbitration' & 'The International Who's Who of Business' Lawyers 2010, one of the world's leading practitioners by 'The International Who's Who of Private Funds' Lawyers in 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010 and one of the recommended practitioners in the PLC Which Lawyer? Vivek Kudva is a Director of Franklin Templeton Asset Management India Pvt Limited. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to Franklin Templeton's business and is based in Mumbai.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mr. Kudva was General Manager - Banking with National Bank of Oman, Muscat. Before this, he was with Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) for over 18 years in India. He has extensive commercial banking experience and was Head - Personal Financial Services, India, in his last assignment with HSBC, during which period, he successfully developed and executed the bank's retail growth strategy in India.

Mr. Kudva is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India, and has a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), India.

Jayanti Shukla joined United Way of Mumbai in October 2008. Jayanti began her career with the New India Assurance Co. Ltd, a multinational insurance company, and was Regional Manager at the company's Delhi Regional Office. She then moved to the private sector, joining IL&FS Investsmart as Vice President for corporate and insurer relations. After over 25 years in the corporate sector, a move to the not for profit sector beckoned.

Jayanti works with various social organizations in her spare time and has been actively involved with a number of civic and social causes. She is the founder trustee of the Celebrate Bandra Trust which organizes the hugely popular Celebrate Bandra Festival, a biennial feature which showcases the culture and heritage of the suburb. She is also the founder trustee of BRAVO, a trust involved in a number of civic and locality based issues including implementation of projects like Rain water harvesting and Solid waste management.
